ERICA GODUN, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP Director, Regional Operations, Ware Malcomb Erica brings over 25 years of experience in all phases of interior design and construction to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director, Regional Operations, Erica oversees regional operations for the Newark, Princeton and New York offices. Erica is a licensed architect in the states of New York and New Jersey. She is on the board of CREW-NJ (Commercial Real Estate Women). Erica endeavors to incorporate sustainable design principles into all projects and advises design teams on appropriate green strategies based on each project’s unique requirements. Erica is a licensed architect in the states of New York and New Jersey. She is dedicated to advancing the knowledge and practice of sustainable design through WELL and LEED principles. She has worked on numerous sustainable design projects and participated at both the national and local levels of the USGBC. She is involved in the development of the mindfulMaterials Library and is involved in materials research and focused on improving product transparency related to human health concerns. Erica excels in Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Teams, Zoom, and has a working knowledge of CAD, Revit, InDesign, Powerpoint. She has worked on a wide variety of project types including corporate office, laboratories, government, education, non-profit and libraries.
